Which season of the year is your favorite?

With autumn quickly approaching (can you believe it?) we wonder: Which season is your favorite?

Is the upcoming fall season your favorite? Colorful leaves, hot apple cider, cozy nights by the campfire…

Or is summer your favorite? Summer fruits and beach days abound!

Or winter? Do you love the snow? Perhaps you love to ski?

Or what about beautiful spring, when the world seems to come alive again after a long, cold winter (well, depending on where you are, of course)? Those flowers sure are beautiful…

Spring and the awakening of new life.

No favorite. I simply enjoy the changing. By the time I’m tired of cool, we move on to warm…

I’m the same, I like all the seasons, hot to cold. If forced to choose only one though, I’ll take spring when the creeks are all flowing and nothing is parched yet…

That’s like me, John. I don’t have any particular favorite season–I just like when the seasons change throughout the year. Have a great day. 😀 –Diane at RVtravel.com

Fall currently but as time and aging moves forward summer is creeping to take over. Like the 4 seasons just not the length of winter especially.

I like both Spring & Fall. Love all the beautiful Spring flowers and hunting in the Fall watching the beautiful colored leaves and cooler temperatures. Both beautiful times of year.

If I didn’t live in Florida now I would have answered fall. Miss the fall colors of the northeast. Also don’t look forward to the hurricanes in the fall.

When I was young, it was fall. I love to garden, so it’s spring, waiting and watching things emerge. Now I’m retired, and I love them all, each and every day,

I said Spring, because winter is finally over, grass and plants are beautiful. I love the fall colors, but it also means winter is around the corner. Did I mention I’m not a winter guy??

Right…people ought to experience a Wyoming winter..or Eastern Montana to see what real winter is like.

I live in Florida, our seasons are mosquito, hurricane, tourist and almost winter. My favorite is almost winter, too many people but the temperature is below 150 and the humidity is lower.

I’d move if I were you. Where I live spring is Swell until the skeeters show up, and the heat. Right now all the bugs are gone, the temps are lower and it is nice in the am and the sunset.
At least we are still alive and able to travel..
(New tyres-brakes-wheel bearings and air bags) Look out roads, Here I come!!!!!!

P.S. No stop lights or speed limits are going to slow me down!…When I was younger.
Now I slow down for stop lights, and drive 55 or slower on the preferred back roads…………………………..(;+)……….

Living in Oklahoma now Fall is my favorite season as the temperature cools and the many bugs disappear. Love all the sunny days all year but some are just too hot to go outside in.

Here in Alaska we most of us live for summer.

Biggest reason is most of my allergies are less, and I’m still not shoveling snow. And of course the colors.

Fall for me. The cooling weather and colors. Geese honking as the v-patterns fly overhead, deer putting on winter coats and squirrels bustling to fill their larders. Nature is buzzing with preparation!

For you Clint Black fans, this song is my Fall song:

I like spring because it’s coming out of winter and no more snow shoveling.

Thank you, RV Travel! 🙂 I voted, “fall,” but that is today. Usually my favorite season is the current one or the next one. Fall has an additional inducement in that it is cross-country season; my favorite sport. College football is DW’s favorite sport, so she, too, likes fall. Winter is great, too, campgrounds are not full, and we get lots of clearing work done in the woods of the farm removing fallen trees. It also is when we have dead trees felled, and they, too, must be cleared. Thanks again, have a great day, safe travels, and safe stays! 🙂

I said fall. But living in Arizona all but summer. We get out of the desert most summers and head to cooler climes.

Summer for me! Living in MN/ND I do not look forward to what is coming in the very near future – especially with La Neina in the offing for 2024-25. Wondering if the car will start; that is after getting the snowblower running and driveway cleared and the roads plowed and then we welcome spring – and hopefully no flood(s). No flowers, no leaves on the trees – bah-hum-bug! HA. I like summer with all the warmth, well 75-95f and low humidity 40-55%. But, there is the changing of the seasons to look forward to – so one living in the north land never gets bored with always the same weather, day in and day out! Guess I really enjoy it here! Lived in AZ, CA, and Alaska too. Home is here!

Hi, Holly. That made me flash back to Princess Summerfall Winterspring, on the old Howdy Doody TV show in the ’50s. Wow! Have a good night. 😀 –Diane at RVtravel.com

Hi, Tommy. That’s what happens when you’re as old as me, i.e., we remember the same stuff from way back. (Judging by your email address, I think we were born in the same year.) I did have to look up her name because I couldn’t remember what order they were in. It’s Howdy Doody Time! (You’re welcome.🤣) Have a great day. 😀 –Diane

Spring and Fall! All the barking rugrats are either still in school or going back, along with the screaming dogs.
And, just maybe some campsites will open up.
Oh for the days when we could just hook-up and enjoy the world without reservations or the rude….arggg… who take swell sites and don’t show up.
Sadly never going back in time……………………

I love winter but only because I live in northern Florida. It’s the best time for camping in the south.
