Quiche recipes that are worth the price of eggs!

Philly Cheesesteak Quiche

by Tiffany Pennington from Greenville, NY

An easy breakfast quiche with all the flavors of a Philly Cheesesteak. Sauteed onions, green bell peppers, and slices of roast beef are mixed with an egg custard and poured into a deep dish pie crust. Topped with a healthy dose of cheese, it’s a hearty meal that’s great for brunch or dinner. We opted to top ours with shredded provolone cheese to keep with the Philly Cheesesteak flavor profiles, but sharp cheddar could also be used. Here’s the recipe.

Crustless Ricotta Quiche

by Desiree Macy from None, FL

Try this crustless ricotta quiche if you need an easy recipe for your next brunch or holiday breakfast. Mix the ingredients, pour the eggs into a baking dish, and bake. Easy peasy! The eggs are nice and fluffy, and the ricotta adds a touch of creaminess to them. Tomato and green onions add a pop of fresh flavor. We opted to use diced ham and loved the smoky flavor it added. But the meat can be omitted, and the quiche is a delicious brunch option for vegetarians. Click here for the recipe.

Spinach, Mushroom, Onion Quiche

by Loey Krause from Pickens, SC

Quiche is an easy brunch recipe, and this spinach, mushroom, and onion one is delicious. When sliced, it’s an impressive addition to your table. We opted to add the optional Feta and bacon and loved the smoky/salty flavor from them. A simple recipe for Mother’s Day or any time you’re hosting a brunch. Get the recipe here.

An Excuse for Cheese and Bacon Quiche

by Nell Waldrop from Metairie, LA

Quiche is delicious and can be served at brunch, a shower (like bridal or baby), or as a holiday breakfast. This bacon and cheese quiche is incredibly creamy and rich in flavor. There are bits of chopped bacon, caramelized shallots, and mushrooms mixed throughout the eggs. Using Gruyere and Swiss cheese gives this quiche a sophisticated flavor. Here’s the recipe.

Turkey, Spinach, and Swiss Mini Quiche

by Lesia Walker from Dallas, GA

We loved the mix of flavors in these mini quiches. Each is filled with spinach, chopped turkey, and shredded Swiss cheese. Sour cream and heavy cream help to make the eggs light and fluffy. Lower in carbs, they’re a good finger food for brunch and a great meal prep recipe. Get the recipe here.
