The new 2026 nüCamp Cirrus 920—not your grandpa’s truck camper

If you haven’t seen this truck camper yet, brace yourself! nüCamp’s 2026 Cirrus 920 is not the camper your grandpa used for duck hunting! [That link shows the 2025 Cirrus 920, very similar to the 2026 version. We’ll update the link if nüCamp updates the page.]

Today’s truck campers are made for today’s travelers. And nüCamp’s Cirrus 920 is lighter, leaner, and very impressive.

Two different RVs

Don’t be confused. The all-electric 920 is what nüCamp has now renamed their 2026 920 Elite. The company’s 2026 920 keeps many of the features of the Elite, just minus the extensive solar/battery setup.

Here are some features I like. Maybe you will, too:

  • Roomy dry bath with skylight
  • Alde 3030 hydronic heating and hot water system (runs on propane or electric)
  • Froli sleep system
  • Soft-close cabinets
  • 12-volt refrigerator
  • Living/dinette area (converts to a second sleeping space)
  • Walkable roof
  • Electric jacks
  • Built-in rack for bicycles or storage.
  • Rear slideout storage

Available options

The list of options for the 2026 Cirrus 920 is also impressive. It includes:

  • A convection oven/microwave
  • Rear or side awnings
  • Roof rack and ladder
  • Additional lithium battery capacity (just in case you decide to add power later. There’s also room to add more solar.)

Price ranges

You can expect a base MSRP in the low $70k range. Of course, adding more options and customizations will add to that amount.

Specs

  • Overall exterior length: 20′ 2″
  • Overall exterior width (incl. jacks): 9′
  • Overall exterior height: 10′ (manufacturer listing)
  • Fresh/gray/black tanks: 43/35/25 gal.
  • Base dry weight: about 3,877 lbs.

Walkthrough video

For a clear visual tour that shows both exterior features and the interior layout, see the maker and dealer walkthrough video below. I think you’ll agree—It’s not your grandpa’s truck camper!

What a beauty! We have a 2016 Cirrus 820, and it has been a pretty good fit for us. We’ve been from Ohio to Alaska several times with it. We just returned from the Grand Canyon last month. We have found the nuCamp campers to be quality campers.
