Josh turns RV bedrooms into an RV officeVideo: Transform RV bedroom into office. No tools or screws needed

With Josh Winters
This video is a couple of years old, but the information in it is timeless. You’ll surely get inspired to create your own RV office after watching it!

A growing number of people are turning to RVing not only for recreation but also as a place to live and work from remotely. Josh Winters of Bish’s RV is seeing an increasing number of requests for RV office spaces. In this video, he demonstrates how an RV with a bunkhouse bedroom might be repurposed into a surprisingly functional office space quickly, easily, and with nearly no cost or modifications to the RV required.

Here are just a few RVs Josh says could be converted as easily as the one he uses for this video. Continue reading and watch the video.

Ask Dave
Will WFCO Auto Detect charge RV’s lithium batteries?

By Dave Solberg
Dear Dave,
I would like to replace my lead acid batteries with LP04 batteries. My question is, will I have to replace the inverter or solar charger? Are the units that came installed from the factory capable of charging lithium batteries, as the decal indicates? Thank you in advance for your advice. —Paul, 2022 Rockwood Mini Lite 2109S  Read Dave’s answer.

Quick tip
To all RV owners: Get a free CDL manual

This suggestion came in from Bob Walter: “I’m the Director of CDL Training at Spoon River College. All RV owners should pick up a CDL manual at their local DMV (free of charge) and study all sections – good information for any RV owner on inspections, speed and space management, and adverse weather driving. There’s also a section on testing standard hydraulic brake systems.” Excellent suggestion. Thanks, Bob!

Today is Bathtub Party Day! When I saw that this morning, I had to smile. When I was in college in the early 70’s, I had an off campus apartment and yes, I had a drunken bathtub party! There were seven naked co-eds and guys in my tub! What a great time!!!

RV office tip: There are many options for creating a workable office inside a motorhome or towable RV. There are few options for creating an esthetically good looking office that works in the same spaces. Just ask my spouse. By putting one of the two recliners into storage, I had a very functional office for the two years before retirement. The day I retired, she wanted it gone.

Smart aleck.😉😄 I thought the same thing when I read it but left it unless/until someone mentioned that. I’ve added [years] after the 6, just to make it very clear. Have a good night, Ron. 😀 –Diane at RVtravel.com

PURR… is beautiful. Is it a ‘Tuxedo’ breed? Very cute!

On our last trip, we accidentally completely drained our toad’s battery. It wouldn’t even click. The jump starter would not jump the battery. Thank goodness my husband had forgotten to remove our “unnecessary” jumper cables. We were able to jump start it off the coach battery. Jump starters will not replace the need for jumper cables in some situations.
