10 best 2025 RV gear picks from the Hershey RV Show

By Cheri Sicard
The 2025 Hershey RV Show packed the Giant Center with rigs and rows of vendors, all showing off tools and upgrades to make life on the road easier.

In the video at the end of this post, Jason Epperson of RV Miles shares his favorite 2025 RV gear from this massive show held in September. It’s a tight roundup of standout products that solve real problems, boost comfort, and make setup and travel smoother for RVers.

2025 top 10 RV gear picks from the Hershey RV Show

#1 Cord-Tie for easy cord and hose management: This simple, patented cord tie tames cords and hoses with two smart slots. Feed the strap through the bottom slot to cinch it onto a cord so it stays put. When you’re ready to wrap, use the top slot to tighten around an extension cord up to 100 feet. The material stands up to sun, water, and mud. A larger 32-inch size handles hoses and heavy cables, making it long-lasting and versatile.

#2 Hidden Holder, the smart toilet paper storage solution: The Hidden Holder stores a toilet paper roll inside a cabinet and feeds it through the door, a smart fix when there’s no wall space by the toilet. It frees up prime spots for grab bars and towel bars.

#3 Popstep: Durable covers for RV entry steps: Popstep covers fit MORryde and Lippert steps, including the newer styles that flip into the doorway. These removable covers feel sturdy and stay put.

#4 TechnoRV’s full lineup of essential tech: TechnoRV’s booth featured the RoadTech TPMS (the system that OEMs prefer), the GoBlu elite water system, Garmin gear, and VisionWorks cameras. They also had Micro-Air soft starters for A/Cs and new thermostats.

#5 Hydronic heating for Class B motorhomes: Timberline Heating’s diesel-fired system heats coolant, then moves that heat to cabin fans and a heat exchanger for hot water. It keeps Class B coaches warm without propane refills. Efficient for Class B motorhomes with heating and hot water in one package.

#6 RV Atlas Books: Guides and kids’ adventures: Jeremy and Stephanie from RV Atlas brought nine books. Four Where Should We Camp Next titles offer campground reviews and trip ideas, including a second edition of their first book. They also launched three kids’ titles, two board books, and a camping journal.

#7 Automatic Chef for effortless outdoor cooking: Sky Industries’ Automatic Chef is an adjustable outdoor rotisserie with a rotating grate and height control. It runs on two D batteries, packs into a case, and stakes into the ground.

#8 Home Away RV interior design products: Interior designer Christine Man from Home Away focuses on small-space upgrades. She brings organization pieces, lighting, pillows, and accessories to rallies, with solutions that work well in Airstreams and other compact rigs.

#9 RV Residential Flush for home-like plumbing: This valve from MORryde brings residential-style flushing to RVs. One input feeds two outputs, so a residential toilet can route to the black tank or straight to the sewer at full hookups. It can be actuated with a wrench, a mechanical drive up to 8 feet away, or an electronic switch.

#10 E-Z Over Grill lets you flip and cook with ease: Doug’s E-Z Over Grill lets users clamp food in between two grills and easily flip it over to cook both sides. It handles burgers and more, and can bake stromboli or pizza at about 250°F with a lid and thermometer. The whole grate lifts off to carry to the table.
