Looking for a quick and easy snack to make in your RV? How about some hot, buttered, delicious kettle corn?
In the short video at the end of this post, you’ll learn just how super-quick and easy it is to whip up a batch of this tasty treat, even in your RV. All you need is some sugar, butter, unpopped popcorn, and salt, although they don’t show salt in the video. But trust me, you will also want salt.
Instead of a deep pot, you use a large skillet.
• Pour about 1 cup of popcorn and about 1/4 cup sugar into the skillet. Add about 1/4 cup butter.
• Swirl the pan until the butter melts.
• Cover while the corn pops, shaking the pan constantly.
• In about a minute or two, you will have a fresh hot batch of sweetened buttered popcorn.
That’s when the video ends, but I would add some salt and toss to mix at this point. After all, it is that tantalizing combination of sweet and salty that makes kettle corn such an irresistible snack.
That’s all there is to it! Easy kettle corn in your RV. No more need to spend $10 a bag at the farmer’s market or fair. Yum!
