In the video below, Rhonda from Over the Hill Adventures shares seven practical space-saving RV storage ideas she uses to keep her RV neat and organized.
#1 Under the cabinet paper towel holder: Easy to install and frees more counter space.
#2 Spice rack: Spice sprawl happens, a rack keeps it under control. The one Rhonda uses in the video mounts to the wall, which also helps keep counter space clear.
#3 Shower dispenser: A three-compartment dispenser eliminates bottles and holds shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.
#4 Hanging storage bags: Watch the video to see how Rhonda uses hanging storage bags for all sorts of items.
#5 Expandable utensil tray: Because this utensil tray can expand and contract, it will help organize most any size RV drawer.
#6 Collapsible dish rack: Dishes dry while clutter is contained with this handy RV kitchen accessory.
#7 Pasta storage containers: Rhonda says camping is not complete without spaghetti, but its odd shape can make it hard to store. Pasta containers to the rescue!

Collapsible silicon bowl set. Lightweight, compact to store, nearly impossible to break, freezer and microwave safe – and if you have one, dishwasher safe. Great for storing leftovers, or freeze meals at home and take from RV freezer to microwave for quick meals on the road.
The spice rack may be a useful idea, but putting the rack next to the stovetop is not. The heat will cause the herbs and spices to lose their flavor and aroma prematurely. With that in mind, I probably shouldn’t keep them in my cupboard over the hot summer months when I’m not using the motorhome.
Thank you, Cheri! 🙂 We have the shower organizer. DW spent months looking for a flatware organizer that fit our drawer in the RV. Finally got one about 3 months ago. Thanks again, have a great week, and safe travels! 🙂
It would be nice to hear from Class B owners on storage space and ideas.
