For a quick laugh, some “upbeat” news

24

Ya gotta love the Internet and what passes off as news. This cracked me up. Read the headline and then the caption. . .

. . . then read the byline. Yeah. . . a real “feel good” story, right? — Chuck Woodbury/Roadside Journal

Tip: The “story” doesn’t open. The following is just a screenshot.

For the people that do not get the “laugh” and just want the morbid details… here:

What Chuck is trying to tell us? is don’t even look for a story, it’s the byline underneath, “Upbeat News”. So it looks like the.picture is upbeat news…NOT

It’s apparent many people here don’t know what a “byline” is…hahaha!

Wow! Now I for sure believe people do read the complete story.
This is a cut and paste which was above the screen shot!

What you see is what you get, Sheridan. Since you commented below the story, I’m assuming you were able to open that page. That’s the whole thing — just read Chuck’s comment regarding the post. Someone made a “meme” out of a disturbing story and posted it under the byline “Upbeat news” — which it definitely was not. Sorry for the confusion. —Diane at RVtravel.com

Kids, it’s not about opening a link. It’s about tragic news being given the byline “Upbeat News”. Get it ?

Many of you aren’t computer literate OR just plain literate!! THERE IS NO STORY, just a headline and a by-line. Sheesh.
